  Most unreliable, unprofessional, lying, cheating, manager and assistant mangers ever; Justin and Jay. If there was a minus rate, I'd choose it. They give the impression of service but honestly have no idea what service means or stand for. They are a disgrace to all businesses and should not in any public business. You may get a good price but don't expect the slightest amount of service, you better pray and pray hard that your order is right or you will get screwed big time. We have $5,000.00 worth of wood sitting that we cannot use because of Justin's mistakes that he chooses not to fix and Jay allowing him to ignore and not get the mistakes and order fixed. Jay said he'd help and to date, he too has chosen the path to ignore, I could go on forever with the amount of dishonest, ruthless unprofessional treatment we have ever received in our entire life. They do not appreciate you as a customer, they are all about excuses and passing the buck and ignoring you. To date, they still don't return calls, Jay says he'll take care of things and doesn't. And here we are, they got paid upfront and I sit with stair treads/risers I can't use because they ordered the wrong size and know it and won't take care of it. We've given time and time and time again to fix their mistakes and still they've not take care of it. $10,000.00 order and service that isn't worth the words being spoken. Justin Grandstaff and Jay should be ashamed of themselves knowing how they are treating people. They have to answer for them some day. And Lumber Liquidators should be ashamed to have these two men in the position of manager as they aren't worthy of a position to pick up trash, they don't deserve a job working with any public.
